Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Window Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The Window Fitter will ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards, providing customers with quality workmanship.
Duties
  • Install, repair, and replace windows in various settings, ensuring proper fitting and sealing.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including wood, Aluminium, and PVC.
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand installation requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with building regulations and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Window Fitter or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window fitting tasks.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • A valid driver’s licence may be required for travel between job sites.
